The site presents projects and professional services. It does not ask you to create an account or intentionally collect sensitive data.
Information that may be involved
Only the information needed to display the site, remember your language or answer an inquiry is involved.
- Language preference: a functional cookie named portfolio-locale is stored.
- Contact and project details: your name, project type, goal and details you voluntarily enter.
- Technical data: the hosting provider may log IP address, browser, device, date and requests for security and operation.
Form and WhatsApp
The contact form does not send or store the information in a portfolio database by itself. It prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp only when you choose to continue.
You can review, edit or cancel the message before sending it. Once you decide to send it, the communication is also subject to WhatsApp's terms and policies.
Purposes and use
Information is used in proportion to the interaction you initiate.
- Answer inquiries, prepare proposals and discuss a potential project.
- Follow up on contracted services and fulfill related agreements.
- Remember the selected language and maintain site operation and security.
- The site currently uses no first-party behavioral advertising tools and does not sell personal data.
Cookies and external services
Some features depend on providers that apply their own privacy policies.
- The language cookie is functional and remains for up to one year unless you delete it earlier in your browser.
- WhatsApp processes data when you choose to open or send a conversation.
- The interactive Spline model may request technical resources from its infrastructure when displayed on desktop.
- Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and other sites take you to external services under their own terms.
Retention and security
Email or WhatsApp conversations are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the project, keep records of the professional relationship or meet applicable obligations.
Reasonable measures are used to restrict access and protect information. No transmission over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request information about your personal data and, where applicable, access, correction, updating or deletion, as well as withdraw consent you have given.
